What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of associates to achieve departmental goals.
• Strategically coordinate collection activities, including auto dialer/list strategies, to maximize efforts.
• Prepare work schedules, streamline workflows, and monitor team productivity.
• Review and approve escalated collection actions, including repossessions and legal proceedings.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Analyze business reports to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

What You Bring:

Education: High school diploma/GED required. Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of collections experience. Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
• Knowledge of skip tracing and relevant federal/state collection laws.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Traits: A common-sense problem solver who can motivate teams and handle sensitive customer data with care.
