What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Haas and OKUMA CNC mills
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Change and adjust cutting tools and offsets to maintain performance
• Monitor long production runs to ensure consistent quality
• Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Make minor adjustments to maintain part quality and reduce scrap
• Troubleshoot basic machining or production issues to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions
• Work closely with team members to meet production and delivery goals

What We're Looking For

• Up to 3 years of CNC mill operating experience (production or job shop)
• Hands-on experience with Haas CNC machines (OKUMA experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
• Basic CNC troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in a job shop environment
• Familiarity with long production runs
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
