Logistics Coordinator

Randstad has an IMMEDIATE need for someone with good customer relations and professional communication skills. The ideal person has a customer service mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative. This position is currently a contract role that could possibly become a temp-to-hire role for the right candidate. Please note the hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus! Salary: $18 - $20 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: High School diploma required Responsibilities Provide information and support to customers to help them manage their business effectively. Collaborate with internal departments and corporate staff to meet operational needs and service objectives. Complete daily duties and special projects to improve operational efficiency. Assist incoming callers with product-related issues, delivery questions, and concerns. Process customer orders, add-ons, late add-ons, deletions, redeliveries, customer pickups, D.C. transfers, and special orders from outside vendors. Enter credits into the system accurately. Review and process driver invoices, credits, and debits. Prepare and distribute daily reports such as Exception report, Open Credit Order report, Open Sales Order report, and Credit Order History report. Skills ERP systems (minimum 2 years of experience) Vendor Management (minimum 1 year of experience) Excel (minimum 1 year of experience) Excellent oral communication skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Experienced level Randstad is a global leader in matching talented individuals with great companies.
