Digital Specialist

As a digital specialist, you’ll play a critical role in planning, executing and optimizing digital communications for clients across multiple sectors, including government, nonprofit and corporate organizations. You will be responsible for managing digital platforms including social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.), emails (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Outlook, etc.), websites (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.), paid digital ads and more. This position requires a candidate who can serve multiple clients in seamless collaboration with Goff Public teammates, including: Executing digital communications across digital platforms. Creating engaging content with an understanding of target audiences and platform best practices. Designing creative assets. Managing website content and updates on client websites. Developing and strategizing digital communications campaigns. Analyzing data to track campaign progress and success, identifying opportunities to inform future strategies. Researching and sharing digital trends and industry background. Monitoring and engaging on social media platforms for clients. Managing deadlines and working within account teams to contribute ideas and execute tasks. Strong candidates will have experience in some or all of the following: Experience managing social media accounts and email campaigns, including developing content and reporting. Knowledge of digital ecosystems, websites, user experience and content management systems, including updating and maintaining web content. Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to apply digital best practices to existing messaging. Experience developing and executing paid digital campaigns. Graphic design, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Project management. Strong candidates will also demonstrate the following qualities: Strong interpersonal skills — collaborative, confident, professional and approachable. Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ethical and honest with sound judgment. Curious, adaptable and eager to learn. Willing to ask questions and take on new challenges. Agency experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or digital communications. The anticipated salary range is $60,000-$80,000.
