NorthWing Digital is seeking an experienced Paid Digital Ads Specialist to lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You will drive traffic, conversions, and growth for clients while collaborating with the team in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and comfort with analytics tools like Google Analytics and GTM.
