Area Customer Service Coordinator Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in New York, NY. Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator Work Location: New York, NY Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Job Description: This is a multi-site role. All sites are located in Midtown/Downtown NYC and accessible by public transportation. Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day. Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am 4pm, 8am 5pm, 9am 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week Mon Fri. Candidates must be available for work between 7am and 7pm and ready to adjust on a short notice. Responsibilities: This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC. Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services. Mailroom operations Print production (printing, assembling, binding) Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams) Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas Conference room set up/take down Other duties, as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Hiring manager is looking for someone with the following qualities: Reliable Friendly and outgoing Willing to learn Customer Service Skills Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail Patience and Professionalism Print production, Mailroom, Reception/Hospitality experience preferred Law Firm experience preferred Microsoft 365 proficiency and general computer experience required Dress Code: High-end Business Casual for professional setting COVID Vaccine Policy: It is not required; however, it may be required for onboarding with various customers at the later time
