Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

This is an employee position. Position is remote, but in person is available if desired, we have six locations in Maricopa County. AHCCCS provider ID is required. You will work with mental health and substance abuse patients. Requires active mental health nurse practitioner license in Arizona. Requires that you are credentialed with AHCCCS (we will help with this part). Ability to use MAT (waiver no longer required) as an intervention for substance abuse client. DEA registration with Schedule III authority necessary. Position includes intakes, med management, and staffing. Documentation, patient outreach, some reports, use of facilities electronic health records, and active communication with facility therapists and staff is required. Salary varies depending on patient visits commitment and fulfillment of commitment. Working as part of the facilities team including therapists and administration team is required. Scheduling and other admin assistance is available. Willing to see kids (8 yrs and up) also a plus.
