Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will develop customized financial strategies, build strong client relationships, and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals through investment management, retirement planning, risk management, and wealth preservation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized financial plans based on clients’ goals, income, risk tolerance, and financial situation
• Provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance, and tax-efficient strategies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviews
• Analyze financial data and market trends to recommend appropriate investment products and services
• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities
• Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies based on market conditions and changing financial objectives
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and fiduciary responsibilities
• Prepare and present financial reports, recommendations, and performance updates to clients
• Collaborate with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and financial planning systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, banking, or investment services
• Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies, investment products, retirement planning, and insurance solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze financial information and present recommendations clearly to clients
• Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
