(20)Maintain the record management system by appropriately tracking assets throughout the college. (15)Assist with completion of annual physical inventory. (20)Facilitates general accounting functions, including. (15)Complete asset reconciliations timely and accurately. (10)Maintain Perkins Asset Listing (17)Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior (Performed by all incumbents) (100% - concurrent)Performs other duties as assigned in the fulfillment of the needs, philosophy, and purpose of Gwinnett Technical College. (3)Physical Demands: Requires operation, access, or control of financial resources. Requires having a P-Card. Driving is a responsibility of this position. This position will have Security Access. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and Three (3) years of accounting work experience.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in state governmental accounting. Experience using View email address on click.appcast.io and BANNER database software.
