Spray Foam Technician

Spray Foam Tech is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and skilled Spray Foam & Insulation Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing spray foamas well as a variety of other insulation products on residential and commercial projects. Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities Install spray foam insulation on residential and commercial projects Install other insulation products, including fiberglass, blown-in, and batt insulation Properly set up, operate, and maintain spray foam equipment Prepare job sites and surfaces for insulation installation Apply insulation according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements Maintain proper coverage, thickness, and quality standards Trim and finish spray foam as needed Load, unload, and safely handle insulation materials and equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other trades Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Assist with general job-site duties as needed Qualifications Previous spray foam or insulation experience Experience with spray foam equipment Experience installing fiberglass, blown-in, batt, or other insulation Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, new construction, and other job-site environments Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift insulation materials/equipment Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and follow company procedures Pay $25–$35/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Technicians with strong spray foam experience who can independently operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, install multiple types of insulation, and consistently produce high-quality work will be considered toward the top of the pay range. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spray Foam Tech
