The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills – clinical, leadership, and professional growth – in fellow BCBAs.
