As Conformance and Certification Test Engineer you will be responsible for;

• Develop and execute conformance and certification test plans.
• Perform system-level validation for regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Conduct hardware and RF testing to verify product performance.
• Support internal and external certification activities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Document test procedures, results, and certification evidence.
• Ensure systems meet quality, safety, and industry standards.

Qualifications;

• Experience in conformance, compliance, or certification testing.
• Experience with Confluence
• System-level validation and verification experience.
• Hands-on hardware testing experience.
• RF testing and analysis experience.
• Understanding of certification processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications;

• Robotics, embedded systems, or connected-device experience.
• Experience supporting product certifications.
• Familiarity with networking and controls systems.
• Experience automating portions of certification testing.

The successful candidate combines strong technical testing skills with attention to detail, ensuring products meet compliance requirements while helping the team move efficiently through certification milestones.

Salary Range: $110K-$150K  

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
