We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who wants an opportunity to learn, grow, and build valuable professional skills.

Previous insurance experience isn't required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

You'll receive training and coaching to help you understand insurance products, communicate confidently with customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help grow the agency by connecting with new and existing customers, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

You'll:

• Connect with prospective customers through phone, text, email, and other outreach
• Respond to inbound opportunities and follow up with potential customers
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs
• Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Help turn conversations into new customer relationships
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Build relationships within the local community
• Participate in marketing initiatives and local events
• Track your activity, goals, and results
• Work with your team to achieve agency growth goals
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
