We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with basic HR-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative and human resources functions. This position is on-site and plays a key role in supporting a remote HR team by handling in-office responsibilities.

• Verify employee work hours and assist with timekeeping accuracy
• Greet and assist walk-in applicants
• Pre-screen and vet candidates for open positions
• Assist with onboarding processes and basic HR support
• Distribute company equipment and maintain accurate logs
• Track and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Support general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain organized records and documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Bilingual (English/Creole or English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
