Recruiter

HR Additions has partnered with a premier company in search of a Recruiter. This role is contract to hire and is hybrid (1 day in office per week). Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles Serve as a strategic advisor on sourcing strategies and hiring approaches to attract quality talent Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams Present qualified candidates and provide insights on candidate fit Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding status and next steps Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs Represent at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and/or in‑house) Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
