Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a Contract basis in Mountain View, California. This role is ideal for someone who can identify and engage high-quality talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage recruiting activity with a high level of organization. The position will support direct-permanent staffing needs and requires a proactive approach to sourcing, relationship-building, and full-cycle recruiting execution.Responsibilities:• Proactively identify and attract candidates with relevant experience through LinkedIn, industry networks, and additional sourcing channels to build a steady flow of talent.• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer-stage support.• Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs, with a focus on timely follow-up and positive candidate engagement.• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies to business priorities.• Support permanent staffing initiatives by driving efficient search execution across direct-permanent openings.• Track candidate progress and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and process visibility.• Contribute to staffing efforts for specialized roles, including technical positions related to AI engineering and autonomous vehicle domains.• Balance multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
