Property Analyst

Position Summary Asset Management support and compliance of government property for NSS contracts. Additional support and coordination with other Space contracts and locations. Support includes evaluation of property records for compliance and accuracy, physical inventory and disposition activities, shipment verifications, DCMA Audit support, GFX attachments, CDRL, and related tasks. Responsibilities Record maintenance and updates in the Property Business Systems (PBS) database, ensuring auditable data fields and supporting documentation. Property record creation in accordance with FAR 52.245‑1, DFAR 252.245 and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. Facilitation of Asset Management requirements with the Property Custodian (PC) community. Property record analysis in accordance with FAR 52.245‑1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. Provision of guidance and training to company personnel on business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations, and compliance requirements. Basic Qualifications United States citizenship Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite Applications Effective communication and writing skills Desired Skills SAP experience DAU Property Certification and/or NPMA Property Certification, or in the process of obtaining Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE Familiar with internal systems (ATS, SharePoint, etc.) Experienced working in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 2+ years of related experience Currently active Top Secret clearance Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. The role requires a US citizen and currently active Top Secret clearance. Pay The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
