Reception Cashier

We are seeking highly motivated Reception Cashier to become an integral part of our team! As a Reception Cashier you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Responsibility:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers and help determine their order
• Answer Phones
• Take Messages
• Process transaction (cash, credit/debit, apple pay, etc.)
• Issue receipts and change
• Operate the POS system and Reward System
• Assist with selling skates, novelty items, and candy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and record customer suggestion
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Restock the area with needed supplies (Example: Socks, Wristbands, Tickets, etc.)
• Check in Birthday Parties & Events
• Up selling add on for food & activities
• Any assignment given by management

Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and cashier experience
• Ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibly
• High energy and strong customer service
• Basic math and computer skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends only
