You’ll lead by example, oversee daily tasks, and foster a collaborative environment that ensures our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience who thrives in a hands-on leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
• Lead by example, working alongside the team to complete tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges with a proactive approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
