Technical Support Specialist - 24/7 On-Call Tech

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide direct technical support to attorneys and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, document resolutions, and escalate as needed while maintaining high client service standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT and at least two years of related experience; familiarity with legal applications like iManage, ChangePro, and Litera is preferred.
