The Workspace Experience Manager would be responsible for managing a workplace located at one of New York's most iconic locations

This role serves as the primary point of contact for workplace services, leading a team of workplace professionals and service partners to create a seamless, hospitality driven environment that supports employee engagement, productivity, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be an experienced people leader with a strong hospitality and operational background, capable of elevating service standards, building trusted client relationships, and driving continuous improvement across workplace operations. They will oversee workplace experience programs, manage vendor performance, and ensure all services are delivered to the highest level of quality, consistency, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day workplace experience lead and trusted advisor for client stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with client leadership, executives and business partners
• Act as an escalation point for workplace related concerns and ensure prompt resolution
• Deliver regular service reviews, workplace insights and operational updates
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing workplace experience team
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability and continuous improvement
• Establish clear service expectations and drive consistent execution
• Support career development and succession planning
• Champion a white-glove hospitality culture across the workplace
• Oversee front of house services, workplace programs, events and meeting support
• Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Manage relationships with workplace service providers and vendor partners
• Establish vendor KPIs, SLAs and performance standards
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and hold suppliers accountable for performance
• Ensure compliance with client standards, contracts and HSE requirements
• Partner with client teams for day-to-day service delivery
• Monitor workplace performance metrics and service delivery standards
• Develop workplace procedures, standards and best practices
• Support budget planning, forecasting and financial management
• Monitor vendor spend and ensure value for money
• Review contracts and service agreements

What You’ll Need

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Proven workplace experience, hospitality, facilities management or corporate services experience
• Proven leadership experience managing client-facing teams
• Strong executive stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Significant vendor and contract management experience
• Experience in premium corporate, luxury hospitality, real estate or professional services environments preferred
