Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing your expertise to operate and maintain CNC machinery while ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, with the ability to set up and operate various types of CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
