Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Loans Enablement Location: Houston, TX. Responsibilities Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems. Manage moderate to complex external client issues. Directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issue. Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are being addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process high‑value transactions. Resolve complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system. Integrate in‑depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. Provide support to lower level client processing roles. Possibly allocate and check the work of other team members. Possibly perform supervisory review, training and approval actions. Contribute to the achievement of related teams objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 5–7 years of total work experience preferred. Prior hands‑on syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loan servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred. Experience in brokerage processing preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred. Detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to self‑manage, prioritize, and execute workload. Familiarity with technical applications including Microsoft Office suite.
