Events Associate, Investment Intelligence

Full Job Description In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various events for Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day planning of flagship events, conferences, seminars/briefings, and round tables. Logistics management and post‑event recap with stakeholders. Strategic planning of events alongside the Marketing team to align with business strategy. Planning and execution of major events, including master site planning, venue and facility management, vendor management, production, budgeting, and logistical planning. Administrative support, including meeting scheduling and follow‑up management. Budget, invoice, billing and contract tracking/management for events. Research on venues, vendors, logistics and technology as needed. Qualifications Proven event‑planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning to flawless execution. Excellent stakeholder relationship management (internal and external). Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and work independently or in a team. Adaptability to an ever‑changing event‑planning environment. Excellent communication skills. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or English. The base pay range for this role is $47,100 - $78,500.
