Director of FP&A

Owning the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, the full-time remote FP&A Director will manage annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and performance management while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team and Board. Key responsibilities Oversee annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis Transform financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making Lead investor relations and manage key Capital Markets and fundraising initiatives Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience, including 3-5+ years at the Director level 6+ years of experience in Retail, with a strong preference for e-commerce 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets and fundraising initiatives Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred Proven experience managing and developing Finance teams
