The Senior HR Business Partner at Caturus Management Services, LLC will act as a trusted HR advisor and generalist across upstream, midstream, LNG, and corporate teams. This role focuses on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and developing leadership capabilities. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will build supervisory and leadership training programs, partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation, and ensure compliance with Texas and #J-18808-Ljbffr Caturus Management Services, LLC
