- Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, motor function, cognition, and daily functioning.
- Reassess progress regularly and adjust goals; document outcomes in the electronic medical record per facility policy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and transition of care.
- Educate residents and families on home programs, safety strategies, and equipment needs.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient handling best practices during therapy sessions. Requirements
- This is a travel assignment; willingness to relocate for 13 weeks and commit to the stated shift schedule.
- Availability to work 08:00–16:30 on a 5x8 day pattern with guaranteed hours.
- Experience in acute care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document clearly and completely.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment.
- Ability to comply with facility policies and pursue ongoing professional responsibilities during the assignment. Benefits and Support
