This role may be based at any of the following locations: McLean, VA; Huntsville, AL; Linthicum, MD; Rocket Center, WV; Orlando, FL; or Elkton, MD.The Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst will support the InSITE and NOVASTAR programs in the Mission Data Management (MDM) operating unit (OU). The analysts will interface with program managers, functional management, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.Responsibilities:Support program cost control and forecastingSupport program invoicing review for accuracy and completenessSupport coordination of multiple IWO relationships between the program and other sectorsContribute to monthly rolling forecast updatesSubmit SAPFast updates when new customer modifications are receivedSupport miscellaneous program efforts as applicableBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related fields; or 9 Years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related in lieu of degree.Strong computer skills with high-level Excel skills (i.e. working with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting)Experience with SAPMust be able to obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearanceMust be able to work onsitePreferred Qualifications:Program cost control experienceExperience setting up/managing IWOsExperience with NGFP/COGNOSExperience with NGDS SAPFast processExperience with PLSCExperience with Earned Value Management and/or EVMS Software (Cobra)Defense Industry ExperienceActive DoD Secret security clearancePrimary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
