Senior CX Strategy Leader — NPS & Customer Journey

ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end NPS program and the customer journey lifecycle. You will measure sentiment, quantify friction, and present a data-driven case to the executive team with follow-through on improvements. You’ll lead a three-person team, partner across Product, Customer Excellence, Sales, Support, and Marketing, and influence planning cycles and board materials.
