About the Role:

Amity Pharmacy in Woodbridge, CT is looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Manager (PIC) to lead our dedicated pharmacy team. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper medication use and safety

Supervise, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff including technicians and support personnel

Manage inventory control, drug ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels

Ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws, HIPAA regulations, and company policies

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

Drive pharmacy performance metrics including prescription volume, patient satisfaction, and immunization programs

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing

Previous retail pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred

Immunization certification (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication, leadership, and patient counseling skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume community pharmacy environment
