Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer in Sylmar, CA. This role is ideal for a dependable production professional who enjoys hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing results. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support daily production by operating equipment, preparing materials, assembling components, and completing required production documentation. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes according to established procedures. Prepare materials, tools, and work areas for production activities. Assemble components accurately while following work instructions and quality standards. Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. Inspect work for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications. Work closely with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals.
