We are obsessed with delighting our members through superior products and services and an unwavering commitment to helping them become more effective marketers, build stronger brands, develop a more productive industry, and benefit humanity through bold leadership and innovation programs.Location: New York City (hybrid)Position Summary: The ANA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Talent Initiatives to support and scale key programs within the Talent Practice. This role will report into EVP, Talent Practice and support the Practice team in bringing to life industry-shaping initiatives across events (virtual and in-person), content, research, asset management, and member engagement. S/he will support all Talent Practice functions, alongside a broader team. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who can translate strategy into action, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders at a senior level. They must have initiative and proven work ethic; strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time. In addition, the ideal candidate will share our team values: exceptional member service, commitment to quality, proactive leadership, supportive collaboration, and an ability to have fun.Primary Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day core Talent Practice initiatives for unit successDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives, including Talent Council meetings and flagship events such as Global Day of LearningEnsure seamless coordination across internal teams (e.g., MarCom, events, membership) and external partners and suppliersTrack progress against goals and proactively identify and resolve risksEvent & Experience ExecutionManage select virtual and in-person events for the PracticeSupport event content development, agendas, and speaker engagement as needed (calendaring; PowerPoint creation and editing; liaising with event speakers and internal/ external stakeholders)Ensure a high-quality member experience across all touchpointsContent & CommunicationsSupport development of presentations, reports, and thought leadership materialsSupport communications and development of marketing collateral in collaboration with ANA internal stakeholdersServe as a key point of coordination across internal stakeholders and Talent Practice teamData, Research & ReportingTrack and report on program performance (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)Own invoicing and assist with financial reportingContribute to maintaining databases and ensuring accuracy of member and program dataOperational SupportMaintain calendars, schedules, and documentation for Talent initiativesSupport website updates and content / asset managementContribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflowsQualifications:Relevant associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)3-5 years prior relevant work experience in a corporate or high-paced office settingProven project management experience. Familiarity or experience with specific project management software and disciplines a plusProficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude for learning data and/or CMS / CRM systemsStrong Excel skills and experience creating reportsExcellent written and verbal communication skills along with a collaborative mindsetExperience in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedulesProficiency using Zoom, and other virtual platformsFamiliarity with the marketing and advertising industries is a plusAttributes/Skills Required:Time management; skill in balancing multiple projects at onceOrganization skills and strong attention to detailAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesJudgment on when to take the initiative and when to seek helpTaking pride in the successful completion of a projectPositive and collaborative attitudeAbility to travel as required to support events if needed (up to 5%)Salary and Total Rewards Package Starting pay range: $65,000 to $75,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
