Director of Growth Marketing

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Marketing, this full-time position will manage the revenue marketing system end-to-end, focusing on pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and audience strategy execution while leading a high-performing team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and optimize the customer journey to convert leads and nurture them throughout their lifecycle Develop and execute quarterly growth plans with clear pipeline and conversion targets Lead a team across Demand Generation, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing to achieve cohesive growth goals Required qualifications 7+ years of growth/demand generation marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing engines Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making Proven track record of collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing teams Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive rapid experimentation
