Security Vulnerability Management SpecialistThis role involves providing guidance and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for application teams and collaborate with operations, engineering, and Information Security teams to resolve vulnerability remediation issues. They will manage programs, coordinate activities across functional teams, and ensure funding levels are maintained for key technology strategies.Location: Richmond, VASalary Range: CompetitiveRequired Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management5+ years of experience in Vulnerability ManagementIntermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, analysis, etc.)Experience in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolioExperience in DevOps practices and solution delivery processesPreferred Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Confluence and vulnerability managementAbility to communicate, engage, and build partnerships at a senior leadership levelSelf-starter, intellectually curious, and eager to learnPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Serve as an expert on process, data, and stakeholders in the domain of vulnerability remediation and patchingAnalyze data to identify, communicate, and drive prioritizationBuild relationships with key business partners to influence outcomes over timeIdentify process and automation improvement opportunitiesLead projects to drive improvements to processes, while reporting on status regularly with stakeholders and leadershipProvide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domain to influence change over timeDeliver support via existing Tech Support Channels
