Browning Collision Center is looking for a skilled Body Shop Estimator with proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell to join our team immediately.

We aim to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

As a full-service automotive collision repair facility, we work with all insurance companies to provide quality service and repairs.

Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:

• Submit supplements and assist with production as needed.
• Obtain detailed customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Prepare comprehensive and precise estimates for labor and parts costs.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Set expectations with customers regarding the timeline for repairs.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Provide clear explanations of completed work and associated charges to customers.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator.

Experience working with DRP accounts, particularly AAA and Mercury.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell required.

Experience with CDK software is a plus.

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

High level of personal and professional integrity.

Computer literacy with a willingness to learn new programs.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
