Are you passionate about employee relations and HR consultancy? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement, depending on your location. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance management processes at PG&E.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting and guidance on performance management processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop action plans addressing performance gaps.
• Interpret PG&E policies and procedures for specific situations.
• Conduct internal investigations and support workplace issue resolution.
• Summarize events for review and submission to relevant departments.
• Perform HR Business Partner duties, including senior leader advice and HR program delivery.

Requirements

• B.A. in Business or Social Sciences.
• 3 to 6 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or specialist role.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issue diagnosis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations.

Preferences

• Certification in Human Resources or Labor Relations.
• Master's in Business Administration or Labor Relations.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Knowledge of PG&E policies and union contracts.
