You will support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis for OPEX and pre-opening costs, while owning variance analyses and partnering with Operations, Development, and Finance to explain drivers. You will build planning models, dashboards, and tools to monitor restaurant performance, assist with month-end close, and translate results into actionable insights for leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobot
