Job Title: Temp HR Coordinator
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 90+ Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain confidential HR records and employee documentation
- Support applicant tracking, background checks, and hiring processes
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and candidates
- Assist with HR administration, presentations, and meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, scheduling, or administrative experience
- Experience handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- ATS/HRIS experience (iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or similar) preferred
