Monitors the Compass Inbox and Estimates emails, sets up change order opportunities in Sales Force and saves emails into the estimates folder within the study folders. Additional administrative tasks as assigned**What You’ll do Here*** Facilitate data entry input to pertinent Proposals CEs; generate necessary reports from data for tracking CE priorities.* Attend meetings, take meeting notes and distribute to attendees.* May be required to assist the Proposals Team in processing $0.00 Delays and Cancellations.* Provide recommendations on ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness of administrative processes.* Use professional judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality at all times.* Interacts with the Proposals Team, Operations, Business Development, Client Managers, Contracts on a daily basis, ensuring administrative tasks are completed* Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.**What You’ll Need to Succeed*** BA/BS specializing in business, marketing or life sciences, or combination of education and experience in order to fulfill essential job duties.* At least 5 years related administrative experience in Business Development or Project Management with training in the biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO industry.* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office’s suite of programs including; Word, Excel, Project on an intermediate level.* Familiarity with SalesForce a plus.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, software manuals, study documents, and procedure manuals; the ability to write routine reports and correspondence* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs* Continual GLP training.* Communicates effectively with all levels of individuals throughout the company.* Demonstrated performance in delivering results.* Brings logical resolutions to conflicting interests and priorities.* Strives for continuous improvement of processes. **What We Offer**The hourly range estimated for this position is $21.00 - $26.00. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
