Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

At Dream Smile, we are looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established office. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in our patients' lives every day.

Responsibilities: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of important tasks, including:

Creating treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
building rapport with the patient from the first phone call
coordinating all aspects of patient care including scheduling, financial arrangements, and coordinated care with specialists and referring doctors
Preparing daily deposits
Running A/R reports and insurance

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

2+ years of dental experience
Comfort with technology and computer skills
Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) Microsoft Office a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a personable and professional demeanor
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
