Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in long-term care Assignment Details 12 week assignment. Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 days per week. 35 to 40 hours per week. May be expected to float to other facilities.
