Expected Pay Range: $71,631.62 to $98,493.48 Annually

The pay ranges listed above are for each position's base pay only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the accuracy of financial statements of the company. The individual will support business activity of HTA's sales divisions and advise management on the applicable accounting treatment related to new business proposals. The individual will also keep current with financial reporting standards and advise management of the impact related to any proposed regulation changes as well as managing their implementation.

Key skills required are sound business judgement, highly organized, detailed oriented, critical thinker, ability to work under tight deadlines, effective communicator and team player.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis of HTA
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• Annual Financial Audit Management
• Internal Control (JSOX) Management

Education, Licenses, and/or Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred

Experience and Travel Requirements:

• Minimum: 3 years related experience in corporate accounting and/or finance
• SAP System Knowledge preferred

Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley
• Advanced computer skills required, proficient in working with large data files
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to disseminate data and information professionally
• Organizational skills:
• Ability to understand complex business issues and collaborate well with business partners to find acceptable solutions.
• Ability to understand business process (i.e. order to cash) and provide solutions to financial reporting problems experienced.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Perform all tasks and deliver all results in a highly professional manner.
