Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

Responsibilities include performing the full-cycle recruitment process, assisting applicants and new hires throughout the application, hiring, and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a people-person who can build positive relationships and partnerships with effective communication and conflict resolution skills. They should be tech-savvy, have a strong work ethic, and strong attention to detail. The role thrives in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment and requires a team player.

The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will conduct full-cycle recruitment, represent the local branch in job fairs and on-site hiring events, implement and adhere to company policies, and maximize best practices in recruitment strategies. They will collaborate with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams, utilize applicant tracking software, and coordinate required trainings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree, minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software, experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software, effective verbal and written communication, capability to work responsibly with confidential information, accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgment. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and compassion for others are also required.
