Operations Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support day-to-day business operations and keep key
initiatives moving across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive,
and comfortable coordinating priorities, tracking deliverables, improving processes, and working across
multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate day-to-day operational priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
 Track projects, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and deadlines.
 Identify operational bottlenecks and help implement practical solutions.
 Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
 Support process improvement and operational planning.
 Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
 Assist with recruiting and interview coordination as needed.
 Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
 Support special projects and changing business priorities.
Qualifications
 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, program coordination, business operations,
or a related role.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Experience working across multiple departments or teams.
 Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
 Comfort working with senior stakeholders.
 Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and common project management tools.
 Must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA and able to work in a hybrid environment.
