Senior Writer

We’re looking for a Senior Writer who can bring an unfair view to the work. You’ve worked in the industry long enough to understand the assignment. You know how to take a brief, find the interesting part and turn it into ideas and messaging that get noticed. At MBB, you’ll work across hospital systems, financial brands, spirits and nonprofits. One day you’ll be building a content calendar. The next, you’ll be crafting an anthem video. The Work You’ll Do Concept campaigns and ideas that resonate Turn strategy into a clear, compelling creative POV Write across channels, formats and brand voices Partner closely with art directors, designers, strategists, account teams and engagement Take assignments from brief through execution with a high degree of independence Present your thinking clearly and stand behind the choices you make The Credentials You Have 5+ years of agency or relevant creative experience A portfolio that’s full of ideas, not simply executions Integrated work that shows you can think beyond a single channel The ability to find and maintain a distinct brand voice Strong conceptual instincts and serious writing chops Confidence presenting work internally and to clients A Little About Us We’re a tight-knit agency.
