Leasing Administrator - Homecoming At Creekside - (Natomas, CA)
Leasing Administrator - Working alongside the community director and property team to provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. You'll coordinate and administer the application and move-in process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth leasing experience. This role combines administrative responsibilities with active participation in leasing activities for our upscale, award-winning apartments.
• Process and maintain accurate resident files and documentation • Confirm apartment move-in dates and details • Schedule and conduct final move-in paperwork appointments • Prepare and administer move-in packets, keys, remotes, and related materials • Assist with leasing tours and sales efforts to meet occupancy goals • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects • Collaborate with the property team to ensure company standards are met • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily; property management software experience is a plus
Available to work 9am–6pm, and working weekends
Pay $23.50 per hour, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs. Performance incentives, cell phone allowance, clothing allowance, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, apartment rental discounts, paid time off, holidays, and vacation time.
