About the firm Nearly 10 years of service. Local to Illinois with multiple office locations. Multidisciplinary with a focus on transportation, construction, aviation, & more. Hybrid schedule & flexible scheduling (2 weeks abroad). Emphasis on sustainability & community impact. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams involved in the design, analysis, and construction of public and private infrastructure. Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain alignment with goals and deadlines. Prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, cost estimates, and design packages. Monitor project progress and performance to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 7+ years of experience in transportation engineering. Demonstrated success managing transportation projects through final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E). Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and OpenRoads Designer. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
