Responsibilities General maintenance for all Univest locations.Accountablefor compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.Substitute/Back-up Mail Center Specialists, as trained. Perform other duties as assigned.HOURS:Monday through Friday 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM Qualifications Able to handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.Minor carpentry and painting experience.Exterior buildings and grounds maintenance experienceWork with minimal supervision and make soundjudgments.Valid driver's license and a good driving record is essential along with the ability to drive in all weather conditions.Must have the stamina to lift/carry 75 lbs. or more.Willingness to be flexible with day-to-day routine and hours as needed.
