Bilingual Legal Office Manager for a Fast-Growing Immigration Law Firm We are hiring a bilingual Legal Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing immigration law firm in Lubbock, Texas. This is a true leadership role for someone who can build systems, manage staff, protect the attorney’s time, and keep the office running with precision, accountability, and care. The right person is proactive, highly organized, financially disciplined, and confident in leading a team. You will oversee office operations, staff performance, billing coordination, reporting, workflow systems, and client experience. If you are the kind of person who solves problems before they escalate, creates structure where others see chaos, and takes pride in helping a firm grow, we want to meet you.
