Job Summary:
The operating room open heart (OR OH) position is located in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves working as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician with a focus on cardiovascular surgical procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Responsibilities include supporting cardiovascular surgery teams in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid compact license must be in hand at submission; at least 2 years of consecutive experience in cardiovascular surgery; must have 2 references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years passed during compliance and prior to start.
• Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Position requires a firm bill rate and includes commitments to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). Candidates should have previous experience with cardiovascular surgery and be prepared to support surgical teams in a specialized OR environment.
